Privacy policy
What we collect. Contact details you give us (name, email, company), the inputs you enter in the calculator, and basic site analytics. If you book, payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Why. To answer your enquiry, size and fulfil your device order, and improve the product. That’s our legitimate interest and, where you book, to perform our contract with you.
How long. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, then delete them.
Sharing. Only with the processors that run the service (e.g. Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers). We don’t sell your data.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to opt out, at any time — just email us.
Booking terms — priority allotment
Bookings reserve a priority allotment from the first batch of 5,000 devices.
- Your booking payment via Stripe reserves your place in the first batch.
- The balance is settled by corporate bank transfer once your order is confirmed.
- A short technical fit call happens before the final order is locked.
- If we can’t serve your sites, your booking payment is refunded in full.
- Device counts are sized one per six installations (for sub-100 kWdc projects) or scaled by your annual MWdc pipeline — see the calculator for your exact number.
